As the winter months are now behind us, we are excited to share new images from the construction of 230 Royal York Rd. Over the winter, Intelligent City completed manufacturing of all components for the project, and the building is now scheduled to be completed in summer 2026.
Overall, Intelligent City manufactured, shipped, and installed, 103 envelope panels, 19 parapets, 105 floor cassettes, and 229 columns. These numbers include eight envelope panels along the construction hoist that are yet to be installed.
Once on site, components were installed within minutes and stitched together over 2-3 days with a crew of 6 and their expertise provided by Timmerman Timberworks. Oben Build as the GC provided oversight and took ownership once the components were installed. We sincerely thank our partners and we are excited to see the building when it is move-in ready.
