His leadership will focus on successfully delivering upcoming projects, scaling Intelligent City’s operations, and forging new collaborations to meet the surging demand for housing.

I am honored to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation that Oliver Lang, Cindy Wilson, and our team have created. Intelligent City has always been about delivering sustainable housing at scale, and I look forward to working alongside our talented team and partners to bring our vision to more communities.”, said Krieg.

In addition to the leadership shift, Intelligent City is expanding its executive team by bringing in long-term and new talent to enhance its capabilities in engineering, operations, and project delivery. OD Krieg, Oliver Lang, Cindy Wilson, and Mike Scott (CFO) will be joined by Diana Banakh (VP Projects), Leanne Duhamel (VP People), Nicholas Hamel (VP Automation), and Gavin McQuade (SVP Operations). This strengthened leadership structure reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.

As Intelligent City embarks on this new chapter, it remains dedicated to its core mission: transforming the built environment through smarter, faster, and greener solutions. With a strong leadership team and a shared vision for the future, the company is well-positioned to shape the next era of urban living.
