Intelligent City is proud to partner with Windmill Developments, Leader Lane Developments, and the One Planet Living Fund to create a 9-storey productized mass timber rental building under the innovative Hälsa brand. This project demonstrates what is possible in Toronto’s Right of Way zoning and establishes an example of a highly livable and sustainable community.
The project is developed together with Lang Wilson Practice in Architecture Culture, Moses Structural Engineers, RDH Building Science, and Oben Build.
In this project, Intelligent City’s role is the supply and install of the mass timber structural system and envelope system.
