Intelligent City and Vancouver Native Housing Society joined forces for the Khupkhahpay’ay project. By integrating our advanced Passive House facade system with mass timber construction, we are redefining sustainable building practices. Inspired by the artistry of woven baskets, this remarkable 9-storey building aims to provide affordable housing while paying homage to the cultural heritage of the Squamish Nation. Together, we strive to create a landmark structure that embodies innovation, sustainability, and cultural significance.
