Intelligent City‘s first Townhall for 2023 was centered around business updates, company growth, and individual learning.
The morning session saw our CEO, Oliver Lang, present a company update, and a revisit of our company’s mission and goals for 2023. As our team continues to expand, with so many new teammates being added, it was a great opportunity to share the story of Intelligent City’s history and growth. Following the lunch break, Executive & Leadership coach Ernest Barbaric led a leadership workshop, with a focus on:
1. Building trust
2. Open communication
3. Team goals
When leaders are properly trained and the right environment is created, teams can achieve greater success and reach their full potential.
