The C33 series has been designed and developed as an infill typology for narrow urban residential lots. The house has been constructed using offsite prefabricated modules. The design is driven by the idea of multiple courtyards. The courtyards bring both abundant natural daylight and privacy to the core of the house. The house design extends seamlessly into the adjacent gardens and courtyards.
A laneway house adds further to the flexibility and allows for additional rental income on a standard 33-ft lot.
